Simulation Animatronic Dinosaur Models — subject in Yalong Bay, Shanya, Hainan
Simulation animatronic dinosaur models, are made in steel frame, high-density foam and some other materials.
Engineers firstly weld the steel part into a basic frame, then Install the motors for every parts, and electrical engineers wiring.
The first step is end for the frame test.
After testing the steel frame, we take rust prevention treatment of it, then stick the high-density foam
on the mechanical frame and carving the outline. Mechanical test once more and carving the skin details.
After stick fiber on the products’ surface, engineers brushing silica gel on it for twice.
The final step is painting for the dinosaurs’ skin and brush a transparent seal for them, then comprehensive test in the end.
There are some of the animatronic dinosaurs that we have done for the subject of Yalong Bay in Sanya, Hainan.
It’s including more than 20 pieces of different dinosaurs.
Every button control a motion, they will not effect each other, and all of them has a back-up insurance switch.
